1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Here are the main shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days, available for an additional charge.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM (noon) CST, available for an additional charge.

Note: Shipping times are calculated based on business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free shipping for orders over a specified amount, which will be displayed during checkout (please refer to our website for the current threshold).

If you are eligible for free shipping, the discount will be applied automatically during the checkout process. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared for shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before shipping.

Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) CST on Friday or during weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order using this tracking number on the carrier’s website. Tracking updates are typically available within 24-48 hours after shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer shipping to the United States and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these areas.

6. Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or returns due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over to them.
